摘要
电传动矿用自卸车一直是采矿行业的一个重点研究对象,由于其特殊的运行工况,自卸车的控制方式需要进行研究与选择。文章对交直交型矿用自卸车的控制方案进行了分析,对比研究了矢量控制与直接转矩控制在自卸车变流器上的应用方案;基于自卸车典型的运行工况,仿真分析了2种控制策略下自卸车的运行性能。试验表明,电传动矿用自卸车选用直接转矩控制方式更加合适。
Electric mining dumper has been a key research object in mining industry. Owing to its special operating conditions, the control mode of mining dumper needs to be well studied and selected. The control strategy of the dumper was analyzed, and the application scheme of vector control and direct torque control on the converter of the dumper was studied. Finally, the operating conditions of typical mining dumper were selected and the operating performance of the mining dumper under two control strategies was simulated and analyzed. The experimental results showed that the direct torque control for the mining dumper will be more reasonable.
