摘要
根据国内动力集中动车组主电路原理,设计研发了集成双主断路器的高压电器箱,既优化了车顶设备布置,同时也改善了高压电器产品使用环境,提高了产品的安全性和可靠性。在保证高压设备布置和箱体结构设计要求的前提下,分别对高压电器箱进行静电场和瞬态电场仿真计算,得出箱体内部电位和电场分布规律,并根据电场仿真结果提出了优化高压电器箱电场的方法。
According to the principle of main circuit for centralized power EMUs in China, the high voltage electrical box equipped with two main circuit breakers was researched and designed, which not only optimized the arrangement of roof equipments, but also improved the operating environment, improved the safety and reliability of high voltage equipments. With the consideration of the arrangement for high-voltage equipments and the requirements of structural design, the simulating calculation for the electrostatic field and transient electric field was carried out to get the distribution rule for the electric potential and electric field. According to the results of electric field simulation, the optimization methods for electrostatic field of high voltage electrical box were obtained.
