企业合作网络位置对创新绩效的影响——以ICT产业为例

The Impact of firm’s Collaboration Network Position on Innovation Performance--Based on ICT Industry

基于社会网络和协同创新理论,以2002~2014年ICT产业中企业、大学和科研院所联合申请并授权的专利数据为基础,通过负二项回归分析了8727家企业在产业合作网络与产学研合作网络中的网络位置对企业创新绩效的影响。结果表明:不同类型合作网络对企业创新绩效产生差异化影响,在产业合作网络中,企业点度中心性与创新绩效呈倒U型关系,结构洞指标对创新绩效具有显著正向影响;在产学研合作网络中,企业点度中心性对创新绩效没有表现出促进作用,而是呈U型关系,结构洞与创新绩效之间表现出倒U型关系。网络位置对创新绩效的差异化影响能够深化企业对合作创新的认识,有针对性地建立与不同组织之间的合作。

Based on the social network theory and collaborative innovation theory,this paper analyzes the effect of the positions of collaboration network(II)and the Industry-University-Research Institute collaboration network(IUR)of 8 727 firms on the innovation performance by negative binomial regression using the joint patent data applied in the ICT industry from 2002 to 2014.The results show that different types of collaboration networks have different effects on the innovation performance of firms.In the II collaboration network,the degree centrality of the firm and innovation performance have an inverted U-shaped relationship,and the structural hole has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.In the IUR collaboration network,the degree centrality of the firm does not show a possive effect on innovation performance,but a U-shaped relationship.The structural hole and the innovation performance show an inverted U-shaped relationship.The different effects can deepen the understanding of collaboration innovation and pointedly construct collaboration with different organizations.
