摘要
为弥补我国在民用电磁屏蔽橡胶性能研究及标准化上的短板,在调研国内外电磁屏蔽橡胶厂家及产品的情况下,以国内市场电磁屏蔽橡胶成品为基础,参照电磁屏蔽材料和屏蔽效能测量标准,开展电磁屏蔽效能、老化前后体积电阻率等关键性能验证,得出了电磁屏蔽橡胶技术指标,进一步形成通用标准。本标准为市场上电磁屏蔽橡胶的分类和产品的质量控制提供依据,对于提升国内电磁屏蔽橡胶的研究、开发和商品化水准具有十分重要的意义。
In order to make up for the deficiency of research and standardization of electromagnetic shielding elastomer in China,based on the investigation of domestic and foreign manufacturers and products,and referring to the standards of electromagnetic shielding materials and shielding effectiveness measurement,the key performance verification of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and volume resistivity before and after aging are carried out.The technical indicators of electromagnetic shielding elastomer are obtained,and therefore a general standard is formed.This standard provides a basis for the classification of electromagnetic shielding elastomer and quality control of product and has great significance for improving the research,development and commercialization level of electromagnetic shielding elastomer in China.
