摘要
从海洋探测系统用光电复合纵向水密电缆的实际应用出发,叙述了该电缆的设计过程以及相关的试验结果,确认了电缆在进行温度循环、弯曲、扭转、测压、拉伸、冲击以及屈挠试验后仍具备6.8 MPa纵向水密的性能,从而突破了纵向水密电缆不能进行动态使用的界限。
This article introduces the design process and the test results of an opticalelectric composite longitudinal watertight cable for marine exploration system.It is confirmed that the cable still has 6.8 MPa longitudinal water tightness ability after temperature cycling,bending,torsion,pressure,tension,impact and winding tests.It breaks the state that the longitudinal watertight cable cannot be used dynamically.
