The Polysemy Development Trend of Community Public Space in Old City Driven by PopulationSpace Dual Replacement

社区公共空间是最基础、最日常的基本活动单元,在城市人居关系建构中发挥着重要作用。目前,旧城社区公共空间的关系网络脱域、使用时空失衡和系统层级断裂等问题凸显,严重影响到社区公共空间的公共属性和效能发挥。面对当下旧城社区"人口—空间"双更替驱动的转型诉求,社区公共空间的多义性创新优化成为推动城市存量更新的关键。因此,通过深入了解国内外社区公共空间的发展历程,并着眼于功能与形态上的复合化和空间与人居模式的契合化两个方面进行总结和归纳,提出"人口—空间"双适应的社区公共空间多义性未来研究的可行方向,以期推动对社区公共空间的关注和多角度的纵向研究。

As the most fundamental and secular basic activity unit,community public space plays the significant function in the relations’construction between urban and human settlement.Nowadays,the problems such as the delocalization of the relationship network,the unbalanced use of time and space and the crack in system hierarchy are prominent,seriously affecting the public attributes and function exerting of community public space.Faced with the transformation demand driven by"population-space"dual replacement in today’s old city,the polysemy innovation optimization design of community public space undoubtedly becomes the key to promote urban stock space’s renewal.Therefore,through deeply understanding of the development process of community public space at home and abroad,focusing on the two aspects of the combination of function-morphology compounding and space-living mode conformity,we put forward the feasible direction of future research on"population-space"dual-adaptation polysemy of community public space,in order to promote the attention to community public space and multi-angle longitudinal research.
