海口骑楼空间格局演变研究——以中山路为例

The Spatial Pattern Evolution of Haikou Qilou:Taking Zhongshan Road as an Example

具有多元文化特征的海口骑楼老街是首批"中国十大历史文化名街"之一,但在近百年的变迁中,由于人口与产权的复杂化导致骑楼传统空间格局发生改变。该文以最具代表性的中山路骑楼建筑为例,通过记录海口骑楼空间格局的现状,对建筑平面类型与空间尺度的分析,梳理出骑楼平面分类表格,揭示其演变规律,为骑楼建筑的修缮与保护提供原始资料。

Haikou Qilou Old Street with multicultural characteristics is one of the first batch of"China’s Top Ten Historical and Cultural Streets".However,after the past 100 years,the traditional spatial pattern of the Qilou has changed.Therefore,taking the most representative Qilou on both sides of Zhongshan Road as an example,through recording the current situation of the spatial pattern,we analyze the type and spatial scale,sort out the classification table of Qilou’s plane,reveal its evolution law,so as to provide original data for the repair and protection of Qilou.
