针灸治疗卒中后疲劳的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke fatigue

卒中后疲劳是脑卒中患者卒中后短期内或随后出现的疲惫、精力衰竭、能量缺乏及虚弱而影响自主活动的一种感觉,是卒中后康复的障碍,不同程度的影响卒中患者疾病转归和预后。目前,针灸治疗本病取得一定进展,通过回顾近年相关文献报道,分析发现包括针刺、艾灸、耳穴贴压、综合疗法等多种针灸治疗方法对本病疗效显著,并提出临床研究中应注意的问题及今后的研究方向,以期为进一步临床研究提供参考。

Post-stroke fatigue is a sensation of tiredness,vitality decay,lack of energy and weakness that occurs shortly after stroke or subsequently in patients and affects their autonomous activities.Up until now,some progress has been made in acupuncture treatment of the disease.Through the review of related literature in recent years,analysis found thata variety of acupuncture clinical methods,including acupuncture,moxibustion,auricular application pressure,and the combination therapy,have significant curative effect.This paper also put forward the problems that should be paid attention to in clinical research and the direction ofthe future research,so as to provide reference for further clinical research.
