针刺治疗高血压的思考

Reflection on acupuncture treatment for hypertension

通过对近10年国内核心期刊及SCI针刺降压相关文献的查阅归纳,结合笔者个人临床感悟,认为针刺降压具备以下优势:辅助控制高血压的危险因素;相对于西药干预存在的争议,针刺降压对于高血压前期与轻度低危高血压人群获益更明确;双向调节,平稳降压;病证结合选穴,个体化治疗;改善血压变异性,减少靶器官损害。但目前降压针法穴位配伍及手法量学差异性大,尚待进一步优化。

Through the review of the literature on acupuncture treating hypertension in the past 10 years published on the domestic core journals and SCI,combined with the author′s personal clinical perception,it is believed that acupuncture for hypertension has the following advantages:It can assist the control of hypertension risk factors;compared with the controversy over the intervention of western medicine,the benefits that acupuncture brings for the pre-hypertension and mild low-risk hypertension population are clearer;dual-direction regulation makes blood pressure more stable;it applies individualized treatment by selecting acupoints with the combination of disease and syndrome;it can reduce blood pressure variability and the possibility of target organ damage.However,the current acupuncture point compatibility and manual measurement of hypertension are different,and further optimization is needed.
