摘要
以焦炭生产过程中典型的1/3焦煤为原料,将煤粉通过热气流的方式以约为600~1300℃/min的升温速率预热到250、300、350、380、400℃和420℃。对于预热后的产物,采用拉曼光谱技术对焦煤性能的影响进行了详细的研究,并进行了特征峰的拟合和数据分析。在此预热条件下,随着预热终点温度和升温速率的提升,煤结构的有序度呈上升趋势。
1/3 coking coal,as a typical ingredient for coke production,was used as raw material in the study.The coal powder was preheated to 250,300,350,380,400℃and 420℃respectively by hot airflow at a heating rate of about 600~1300℃/min.After preheating,the properties of different coking coal were studied comprehensively via Raman spectroscopy.Peak fitting and data analysis were carried out.Under the preheating condition,the order degree of coal structure showed an upward trend with the increase of preheating temperature.
