摘要 能源消费结构是影响碳排放的重要因素。基于能源消费结构分析服装制造业的碳排放现状,有利于指导服装制造业的低碳化发展。运用文献研究和数据分析方法对中国服装制造业的能源消费结构和碳排放现状进行探究,提出节能减排的建议。研究表明:服装制造业的碳排放量在2012年后趋于平稳,但未显著减少。能源消费结构有所优化,原煤等化石能源的综合能耗占比减少。服装制造业应当积极开展低碳技术的研发与应用,进行精益化和低碳化管理以进一步优化能源消费结构,控制能源消耗总量。 The energy consumption structure was an important factor that affected carbon emission.The status of carbon emissions in garment manufacturing industry was analyzed based on the energy consumption structure,which would also benefit the low-carbon development of garment manufacturing.Literature review and data analysis were used to explore the current energy consumption structure and carbon emission of China s garment manufacturing industry.Meanwhile,energy-saving and carbon emission reduction recommendations were proposed.The results showed that carbon emission from garment manufacturing was stable after 2012,but not reduced significantly.The energy structure had been optimized,and the proportion of fossil fuels such as raw coal in energy consumption was decreased.Garment manufacturing industry should apply the technologies of low-carbon emission actively,and the lean and low-carbon management was conducted to further optimize the energy consumption structure and to control the whole energy consumption.
