关于5G新基建项目管理模式的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 面对5G新基建项目“快速响应、快速建设、快速入网”的建设要求,传统的项目管理模式存在流程繁杂、周期长、协同性差等特点,无法很好的匹配快速建设需求。本文结合某运营商5G新基建实际建设项目,通过创立“网随业动”项目管理模式,聚焦痛点,采取提前立项、前置预审、快速决策等流程优化,加速推进项目进度。同时借助数字化管理平台实现了5G站点建设全流程的可视、可管、可控,实时展示项目进度及关键瓶颈问题,支撑保障5G工程建设高效快速推进,解决5G新基建项目建设管理难点。 Faced with the construction requirements of"quick response,rapid construction,and fast network access"for 5G new infrastructure projects,the traditional project management model has the characteristics of complicated processes,long cycles,and poor coordination,which cannot well match the above construction needs.This article combines the actual construction projects of operators'5G new infrastructure,through the creation of a"network with industry"project management model,focusing on pain points,adopting process optimization such as early project establishment,pre-review,and rapid decision-making to accelerate the progress of the project.At the same time,with the help of the digital management platform,the entire process of 5G site construction is visible,manageable,and controllable,real-time display of project progress and key bottlenecks,support to ensure the efficient and rapid progress of 5G project construction,and solve the diffi culties of 5G new infrastructure construction management.
