产学研协同创新政策与企业创新绩效——基于互动合作视角

University-Industry Collaborative Innovation Policy and Innovation Performance:Based on the Interactive Cooperation

产学研协同创新政策一直是激励企业创新的中坚力量。基于互动合作视角,以208家企业产学研问卷调查数据为例,运用SEM方法构建模型,探讨产学研协同创新政策对企业创新绩效的内在作用机理。研究结果表明:(1)产学研协同创新政策促进企业创新绩效;(2)产学研协同创新供给型、环境型政策促进产学研互动合作(情感型互动合作、任务型互动合作),需求型政策对产学研互动合作无显著影响;(3)在产学研协同创新供给型、环境型政策与企业创新绩效之间,产学研互动合作起部分中介作用;而在需求型政策与企业创新绩效之间无中介作用。

University-Industry Collaborative innovation policy has always been the backbone of enterprise innovation.Based on the perspective of interactive cooperation,this paper takes 208 university-industry cooperative enterprises'questionnaire data as an example,and uses SEM method to build models to explore internal mechanism of the universityindustry cooperative innovation policy on the innovation performance.The results show that:(1)university-industry cooperative innovation policy promotes enterprise innovation performance;(2)university-industry interactive cooperation(emotional interactive cooperation and task-based interactive cooperation)remarkably promoted by supply/environmental policy,which cannot be significantly affected by demand policy;(3)In the relationship between supply/environmental policy and the innovation performance,university-industry interactive cooperation play a part of mediating role in it.But there is no such relationship between demand policy and innovation performance.
