Research on the Impact of Supply Chain Sustainability and Visualization Ability on Performance

传统供应链管理中由于信息流通不畅导致供应链缺乏灵活性,而可视化能力可以帮助供应链企业提高信息透明度,改善可持续发展能力从而影响企业竞争力。文章建立了可持续供应链管理、供应链可视化能力以及企业绩效的研究模型,通过问卷调查和结构方程模型对山西省318个有效样本对象进行了实证研究分析。研究结果显示,可持续供应链管理对经济绩效和社会绩效有显著的正向影响,但对环境绩效影响不显著;供应链可视化能力对经济绩效有显著正向影响,但对社会和环境绩效没有显著影响;可持续供应链管理对供应链可视化能力有显著正向影响;供应链可视化能力在可持续供应链管理和企业绩效之间起中介作用。

In the traditional supply chain management,the supply chain is lack of flexibility due to the poor information flow,while the visualization ability can help supply chain enterprises improve the information transparency,improve the sustainable development ability and thus affect the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper establishes the research model of sustainable supply chain management,supply chain visualization ability and enterprise performance,and conducts empirical research and analysis on 318 effective samples in Shanxi Province through volume survey and structural equation model.The results show that sustainable supply chain management has a significant positive impact on economic and social performance,but not on environmental performance.The visualization ability of supply chain has significant positive effect on economic performance,but has no significant effect on social and environmental performance.Sustainable supply chain management has a significant positive effect on the visualization ability of supply chain.Supply chain visualization ability plays an intermediary role between sustainable supply chain management and enterprise performance.
