摘要 提出一种具有高过载能力的内置式永磁同步电机设计方案。首先分析了影响永磁同步电机过载能力的因素,从输出特性的基本公式出发,研究了电机交直轴电抗和空载反电动势对极限输出转矩的影响方式;其次,用有限元法对上述影响方式进行验证并对比分析出在同等约束条件下,不同定子齿宽比、磁钢用量的过载能力的大小;最后,为进一步地提高转矩而提出可供优化的参数,并通过遗传算法对该电机进行优化后,在提高极限转矩能力的同时降低了波形畸变率和转矩波动,由此研制出一台2 kW具有5倍过载能力的IPMSM。 A design scheme of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor with high overload capacity was proposed. Firstly, the factors affecting the overload capacity of the permanent magnet synchronous motor were analyzed. Based on the basic formula of the output characteristics, the motor’s AC and DC axis reactance and no-load back-EMF effecting on the limit output torque was studied. Secondly, the finite element method was used to verify the above impact methods and the comparative analysis approach was used to analyze the overload capacity of the motor under different stator tooth width ratios and magnet steel usage but the same constraint conditions. Finally, to further optimizing the torque, the main parameters for optimization were proposed. And after optimizing the motor by genetic algorithm, it further improved the motor’s limit torque capacity while reduced the waveform distortion rate and torque fluctuations.Thus developing a 2 kilowatts IPMSM with 5 times overload capacity.
