摘要 针对传统内置式永磁同步电机磁阻转矩与永磁转矩不是在相同电流相位角下达到最大,不能最有效的利用磁阻转矩与永磁转矩的问题,提出了一种新型非对称转子结构永磁同步电机设计方案,增大了电机输出转矩和减小了电机转矩脉动。首先,设计一种不对称转子结构,通过使转子不对称,使磁阻转矩和永磁转矩在相近电流相位角下达到最大,从而提高输出转矩。其次,为衡量转矩利用率,引入转矩利用率因子,利用冻结磁导率法将电磁转矩分解为磁阻转矩和永磁转矩两部分,运用有限元方法确定表面磁极最佳偏移角θ;最后,对提出的新型非对称转子结构永磁同步电机进行电磁性能分析,在不增加材料与制造成本的情况下,电机最大输出转矩增加7.52%,转矩脉动减小39.15%。 Aiming at the problem that the permanent magnet torque and the reluctance torque of the traditional rotor symmetric permanent magnet synchronous motor do not reach the maximum at the same current phase angle,and cannot be used most effectively. A new asymmetric rotor structure hybrid permanent magnet synchronous motor design scheme to improve the electromagnetic torque of the motor and reduce the torque ripple of the motor. First, an asymmetrical rotor structure was designed. By making the rotor asymmetrical, the reluctance torque and the permanent magnet torque were maximized at similar current phase angles, thereby increasing the output torque. Secondly, the torque utilization factor was introduced to measure the electromagnetic torque utilization rate, and the frozen magnetic permeability method was used to decompose the electromagnetic torque into reluctance torque and permanent magnet torque. The optimal offset angle of the surface pole of the new motor was calculated by finite element method;Finally, the electromagnetic performance of the proposed new motor and the reference motor were analyzed separately. The simulation results show that the maximum output torque of the new motor increases by 7.52% without increasing costs and materials. Moment ripple reduced by 39.15%.
