摘要
针对部分传统火炸药行业装配生产线物料管理中存在的分类混乱、配送和物料需求计划与生产结合不紧密等问题,对物料配送的流程进行了优化并对物料进行了精细化管理、使用数字化建模,按原材料、制品、成品和危化品对物料进行分类,将配送、物料需求计划和生产建立紧密的联系。结果表明:使用物料管理系统后,生产线物料管理流程清晰,提高了物料配送和生产效率。
For some traditional explosive industry classification chaos existing in the assembly line material management,distribution and material demand plans and production are not closely connected,material distribution process was optimized and the material was managed precisely,use digital modeling,classify the material into 4 categories,including raw material,product,finished product and hazardous chemicals,and create closer ties among distribution,material demand plan and producing.The results show that after using the material management system,the material management process of the production line is clear,and the material distribution and production efficiency are improved.
