基于“伏邪”理论探讨胆石症发生发展的规律

Discussion on the Law of Occurrence and Development of cholelithiasis based on Fuxie Theory

伏邪主要是指藏伏于机体、伺机而发、择时而作的邪气。伏邪致病的过程可以总体反映胆石症发生发展的规律,胆石症早期即为伏邪发病初期,常无任何明显症状,或仅有轻微症状,具有很强的隐匿性。正气虚弱,邪伏胆腑,气血阻滞;伏邪伤阳,阳化气受损,阴成形太过;情志之邪伏藏,疏泄失常,胆气郁结;饮食之邪伏藏,内生湿热,熏蒸肝胆,终发为胆石症。胆石为有形之邪,藏伏机体,阻滞气血,日久化热;邪伏日久入络,水液代谢受阻,痰浊内生,伏于血脉而生瘀血,致使痰瘀互结。笔者从伏邪理论出发,对胆石症的发生原因和发展特性进行探讨,以期为胆石症的中医药防治提供理论指导和诊疗思路,提高临床疗效。

Fuxie mainly refers to the evil spirit that hides in the body,waits for an opportunity,and acts at a certain time.The pathogenesis of fuxie can generally reflect the law of the occurrence and development of cholelithiasis.The early stage of cholelithiasis is the initial stage of the onset of fuxie.There are often no obvious symptoms or only mild symptoms,which has a strong invisibility.Qi is weak and evil is hidden in the gallbladder,causing qi and blood block.fuxie damages yang,resulting in impaired function of yang transforming into qi and the excessive formation of yin.The evil of emotion lurks,resulting in dysfunction of conveyance and dispersion,and stagnation of gallbladder qi.The evil of diet is hidden in the body,leading to endogenous damp-heat fumigates hepatobiliary,and finally develops into cholelithiasis.Gallstone is a tangible evil,which hides in the body,causing qi and blood block and transforming heat with the passing of time.For a long time,the pathogenic factors will enter the meridians and collaterals,resulting in obstruction of water and liquid metabolism,then phlegm turbid endogenous and phlegm and blood stasis.Evil Qi has been latent for a long time into meridians and collaterals,resulting in obstruction of water and liquid metabolism,resulting in turbid phlegm,blockage of blood vessels and blood stasis,resulting in phlegm and blood stasis.Starting from fuxie theory,this article discusses the causes and developmental characteristics of cholelithiasis,with a view to providing theoretical guidance and diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical Chinese medicine prevention and treatment,and help to improve clinical efficacy.
