摘要
新中国成立以来,王家坝人注重运用科学思维和科学技术治理洪水,开启了科学治水的新局面。科学调度、人为水引路;运用科技、人与水联动;顺应规律、人与水和谐共生都是王家坝人科学治水的表现。科学调度、人为水引路是人们智慧的体现,是合理释放水能的重要举措。运用科技、人与水联动体现了人们时时监控洪水的动向,把握水患的运行规律。顺应规律、人与水和谐共生体现了人们尊重、顺应、应用规律,积极打造人与自然和谐共生的生命共同体。
After the founding of the People's Republic of China,the people ofWangjiaba paid attention to the use of scientific thinking and technology in flood control,opening a new situation of scientific water control.The scientific water control spirit of Wangjiaba is manifested in three aspects:using scientific methods to guide water;applying science and technology to interact with water;conforming to the regulation and live in harmony with water.The first represents the wisdom of people about releasing the hydroenergy;the second expresses people's monitoring of flood trend;the third reflects that people conqjly with the natural law and actively build a hannonious life community between man and nature.
