摘要
在数字经济时代下,传统会展企业价值活动的局限性日益凸显,通过智能化升级能够促进会展企业增质提效,对其智能化升级维度结构进行研究具有一定的理论与实际价值。本研究基于价值链理论,通过问卷调研,开发了会展企业智能化升级量表。结果表明:会展企业智能化升级是多维度构念,其中包括传播智能化、管理智能化、服务智能化及运营智能化4个维度及12个指标;经过探索性和验证性因子发现量表具有较好的信效度;通过证明会展企业智能化对创新柔性的正向影响,表明量表具有良好的效标效度。最后,通过研究结论以期为会展企业实施智能化战略提供参考。
In the era of digital economy, the limitations of the value activities of traditional exhibition enterprises have become increasingly prominent. Intelligent upgrades can promote the quality and efficiency of exhibition enterprises. Research on the dimension structure of their intelligent upgrades has certain theoretical and practical value. Based on the value chain theory, this research developed an intelligent upgrade scale for exhibition enterprises through questionnaire surveys. The results show that: The intelligent upgrade of exhibition enterprises is a multi-dimensional concept, including 4 dimensions and 12 indicators of communication intelligence, management intelligence, service intelligence and operation intelligence;The amount of exploratory and confirmatory factor discovery The scale has good reliability and validity;By proving the positive impact of the intelligence of exhibition enterprises on innovation flexibility, it shows that the scale has good validity and validity. Finally, the research conclusions are expected to provide reference for the implementation of intelligent strategies for exhibition enterprises.
