摘要
农村幼儿园教师的专业发展水平影响着农村学前教育质量,而教师的专业发展需求是其专业发展的动力源泉。调查发现:农村幼儿园教师专业发展需求的整体水平偏高;教师在幼儿保育与教育知识、环境创设与利用能力、教育活动设计与实施能力以及探究式和观察评估式专业发展途径四个方面的需求较强烈,而对通识性知识、一日生活组织与保育能力及自学的需求较低。教师专业发展素养需求在人口学变量上存在显著差异。为此,应提升农村幼儿园教师的专业地位,激发其专业发展内驱力;基于农村幼儿园教师的合理需求,提升在职培训的针对性与有效性;加强幼儿园的支持系统和发挥教师的主观能动性,促进农村幼儿园教师的专业发展。
Teachers'professional development influences the quality of rural preschool education,and teachers'demands for professional development are the power sources of their professional development.The survey reveals that the teachers'overall professional development of preschools in rural areas is relatively high,and teachers have a strong demand in terms of the knowledge of child care and education,environmental creation and usage capability,educational activity design and implementation capability,inquiry,observation and evaluation,while the need for general knowledge,one-day life organization and nursing ability and self-learning is relatively low.There is a significant difference in the demographic variables of teachers'professional development needs.For that reason,it's suggested to improve the professional status of rural preschool teachers,stimulate their internal drive of professional development.According to the reasonable needs of rural preschool teachers,it's suggested to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of on-the-job training,strengthen the support system of preschools,promote the development of rural preschool teachers,give full play to teachers'subjective initiatives and improve self-development competence.
