不同浓度生长调节剂对马甲子种子萌发的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用3种浓度生长调节剂分别刺激层积与未层积的马甲子种子,探究不同浓度生长调节剂对马甲子种子发芽的影响,以期寻找马甲子种子发芽的最佳生长调节剂浓度,为调控木本作物种子发芽率提供一定的参考。试验结果表明:在25℃的条件下,使用0.01 mol/L的赤霉素处理被层积的马甲子种子发芽率最高,发芽率为60.83%,综合整体来看,赤霉素对层积的种子发芽率都能起到促进作用,但对未层积过的种子发芽起到轻微的抑制作用;生长素只有在浓度为0.001 mol/L与0.00001 mol/L时处理未层积过的马甲子种子,才对种子发芽起到促进作用;萘乙酸在浓度为0.05 mol/L与0.00001 mol/L时处理未层积过的马甲子种子,对种子发芽起到促进作用。 Three concentrations of hormones were used to stimulate stratified and non stratified Paliurus ramosissimus seeds.The effects of different concentrations of growth regulator on the germination rate of P.ramosissimus seeds were explored,in order to find the best concentration of growth regulator for the germination of P.ramosissimus seeds,and to provide a certain reference for the control of germination rate of woody plant seeds.The results showed that under the condition of 25℃,0.01 mol/L GA 3 treatment had the highest germination rate,the germination rate was 60.83%.On the whole,GA 3 could promote the germination rate of stratified seeds,but slightly inhibited the germination of non stratified seeds.IAA could promote seed germination only under 0.001 mol/L and 0.00001 mol/L treatment without stratification.NAA could promote seed germination when it was treated with 0.05 mol/L and 0.00001 mol/L.
