铁皮石斛组织培养苗活性成分变化规律研究

Study on the Variation of Active Compounds in the Tissue Culture Seedling of Dendrobium offcinale

[目的]研究铁皮石斛组织培养苗活性成分变化规律,探讨其与组培苗生长的相关性。[方法]分别采用比色法和HPLC法对不同培养时间的铁皮石斛组织培养苗中多糖和黄酮含量进行测定。[结果]随着培养时间的增长,铁皮石斛组织培养苗中活性成分也不断增长,二者呈现出正相关性。[结论]采用活性成分含量测定方法可监测铁皮石斛组织培养苗的质量。

[Objective]The variation of active compounds in the tissue culture seedling of Dendrobium offcinale was studied in order to analyze the relation with the growth of the tissue culture seedling of Dendrobium offcinale.[Method]Colorimetric method and HPLC method were used to determine the content of polysaccharides and flavones in tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium officinale at different culture time.[Result]With the increase of the cultivation time,the active ingredients in the tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium offcinale also increased,and the two showed a positive correlation.[Conclusion]The quality of the tissue culture seedling of Dendrobium offcinale can be evaluated by determination of the active compounds.
