摘要
[目的]探究气相色谱法检测婴幼儿奶粉中的碘含量方法优化。[方法]使用3-戊酮替代丁酮作为衍生试剂,通过气相色谱法测定奶粉中的碘含量,建立戊酮反应最佳的衍生条件。[结果]使用3-戊酮作为衍生试剂检测样品奶粉中碘最优条件为1.0 mL硫酸、0.5 mL戊酮、1.0 mL双氧水,40 min暗处衍生;方法标准曲线线性范围良好(R 2>0.9990);加标回收试验显示回收率均在93.4%~95.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.45%~3.70%。[结论]该方法对婴幼儿奶粉中碘的检测结果稳定可靠,可为我国婴幼儿食品和乳品中碘的测定提供参考。
[Objective]To optimize the method of gas chromatography for the determination of iodine content in infant milk powder.[Method]The iodine content in infant milk powder was determined by using 3-pentanone instead of butanone as the derivative reagent,and the best derivative conditions for 3-pentanone reaction were determined.[Result]The optimal iodine conditions in sample milk powder were 1.0 mL sulfuric acid,0.5 mL pentanone and 1.0 mL hydrogen peroxide,and 40 min dark derivation.The standard curve concentration had a good linear relationship(R 2>0.9990);the standard recovery experiment showed that the recovery rate was 93.4%-95.6%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.45%-3.70%.[Conclusion]This method has certain optimization for the detection of iodine in infant milk powder,which can provide reference for the determination of iodine in infant food and dairy products in China.
