摘要
受新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情影响,不少公司被迫选择线上远程办公,团队虚拟性更加受到企业管理的重视。本文采取问卷调查的方法对新一代职工进行了实证研究检验了团队虚拟性和知识共享行为的关系,以及心理可得性的调节作用和职场孤独感的中介作用。研究表明:团队虚拟性对知识共享行为具有的消极作用,并且职场孤独感在团队虚拟性和知识共享行为的关系中起中介作用,心理可得性在团队虚拟性和知识共享行为之间的关系中具有调节效应。基于此结论,提出管理者应该警惕团队形成太过浓厚的虚拟环境,并且要重视成员的心理感知,创造良好的团队氛围。
Affected by Coronavirus infection,many companies are forced to work remotely online,so team virtuality is more valued by enterprise management.This paper conducts an empirical study on the new generation of employees by means of questionnaire survey,and examines the relationship between team virtuality and knowledge sharing behavior,as well as the mediating effect of workplace loneliness and the moderating effect of psychological availability.The results show that team virtuality has a significant negative impact on knowledge sharing behavior,and workplace loneliness plays a mediating role in the relationship between team virtuality and knowledge sharing behavior,and psychological availability has a moderating effect in the relationship between team virtuality and knowledge sharing behavior.Through this research,it is suggested that managers should be wary of the formation of too strong virtual environment in the team,and should pay attention to the psychological perception of members to create a good team atmosphere.
