我国职业女子电子竞技的反思及发展

Reflection and Development of Professional Women's E-sports in China

运用文献资料、问卷调查、深度访谈、焦点小组讨论、数理统计等方法从性别差异的视角,对我国女子电竞的现状进行研究。研究表明:1.女性在整个电竞项目发展中处于落后阶段,两性在电竞"赋权"上产生了巨大差距;2.身心方面的差异影响女子电竞的参与人数,个性特征的差异致使现象级女选手处于空白;3.相较于男性,女性身体特性影响女子电竞的合理定位,在战队管理、赛事及商业方面的不平衡发展,是制约我国女子电竞发展的主要原因。结合我国男子电竞的发展状况,提出建议:1.加大社会对电竞项目的认可度及对女子电竞的宣传力度;2.建立女子电竞人才选拔方案,合理进行人才储备;3.组建自己的俱乐部和联赛,借鉴男子电竞训练模式建立完善的训练体系。

Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,in-depth interview,focus group discussion and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the current situation of women's E-sports in China from the perspective of gender differences.The results show that:1.Women are in a backward stage in the development of the whole E-sports project,and there is a huge gap between the two sexes in the“empowerment”;2.The differences in physical and mental aspects affect the number of women participating in the e-sports,and the differences in personality characteristics lead to the blank of phenomenon level female players;3.Compared with men,women's physical characteristics affect the reasonable positioning of women's e-sports,such as team management,events and the unbalanced development of commerce is the main reason that restricts the development of women's E-sports in China.Combined with the development of men's E-sports in China,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Increase the social recognition of E-sports projects and the publicity of women's E-sports;2.Establish women's E-sports talent selection scheme and reasonable talent reserve;3.Establish their own clubs and leagues,learn from men's E-sports training mode,and establish a perfect training system.
