我国竞技体操发展现实困惑与对策研究--基于九届夏季奥运会体操比赛成绩

Research on the confusions and their Countermeasures of Competitive Gymnastics in China--Based on the Results of the 9th Summer Olympic Games

通过文献资料、数理统计、理论分析等科研方法,回顾了第31届里约奥运会中国队的体操比赛成绩发现,经历过第29届北京奥运会和第30届伦敦奥运会的辉煌后,我国竞技体操在第31届里约奥运会上遭遇“滑铁卢”,以两枚团体铜牌的成绩创造了自1984年参加夏季奥运会以来最差战绩。进一步分析表明,貌似辉煌的背后,我国竞技体操的发展存在着一定的问题,主要表现在:区域发展不平衡;人才培养效率低;后备力量严重不足;训练理念存在偏差;保障制度有所欠缺;训练和管理体制不完善;竞技体操和大众体操发展失衡;市场开发严重滞后等等。如何有效地保持已有的训练基础,克服不足,力争在东京奥运会上重新崛起,是本文研究的目的所在。

By means of literature review,mathematical statistics,theoretical analysis and other scientific research methods,this paper reviews the achievements of the Chinese team in the 31st Rio Olympic Games.It is found that after the brilliant achievements of the 29th Beijing Olympic Games and the 30th London Olympic Games,China's competitive gymnastics has suffered“Waterloo”in the 31st Rio Olympic Games,and has won two bronze medals since 1984.,the worst record since the Summer Olympics.Further analysis shows that behind the seemingly brilliant,there are some problems in the development of Competitive Gymnastics in China,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:unbalanced regional development;low efficiency of personnel training;serious shortage of reserve forces;deviation of training concept;lack of security system;imperfect training and management system;unbalanced development of competitive gymnastics and mass gymnastics;serious lag of market development wait.How to effectively maintain the existing training foundation,overcome the shortcomings,and strive to rise again in the Tokyo Olympic Games,is the purpose of this paper.
