SSWZ330重型联轴器的渐进结构拓扑优化设计

摘要 针对联轴器设计方法传统,导致该部件寿命低、构成部件的各个零件寿命差异大等问题,利用HyperWorks FEM设计分析软件,采用渐进结构拓扑优化方法,将"去除-恢复"决策和单元灵敏度算法相结合,对SSWZ330重型联轴器进行了渐进结构拓扑优化设计。优化过程中采用基于单元"去除-恢复"决策,通过计算单元应力灵敏度以及迭代灵敏度,依据给定结构的目标体积、体积进化率和滤波半径,确定删除或保留的单元,解决了传统结构设计中多约束优化问题,实现了SSWZ330重型联轴器的渐进结构拓扑优化设计。优化后的法兰叉架和套头体积减少了8.3%,实现了HyperWorks软件在机械部件渐进结构拓扑优化设计领域的实际应用。 In order to solve the problems of low service life of couplings and large difference in service life of each component due to traditional design method,HyperWorks FEM software was used to carry out structural topology optimization design for the SSWZ330 heavy coupling by adopting evolutionary structural topology optimization method combining the"removal and recovery"strategy with the cell sensitivity algorithm.In the optimization process,a cell-based"removal-restoration"strategy was adopted to calculate the stress sensitivity of each cell and the sensitivity of this iteration.According to the target volume,volume evolution rate and filter radius of a given structure,deletion or retention was determined.The problems of multi-constrain optimization in the traditional structure optimization algorithm were solved,and the evolutionary structure topology optimization design of SSWZ330 heavy coupling was realized.After optimization,the volume of flange fork and sleeve plug is reduced by 8.3%,which expands the practical application of HyperWorks software in the field of evolutionary structural topology optimization design of mechanical components.
