超大城市公共汽电车客流走廊线网规划思考与实践

Thoughts and Practice on the Network Planning of Bus and Trolleybus Passenger Flow Corridor in Megacity

为了实现超大城市公共汽电车与轨道交通的协调及可持续发展,以广州市轨道交通尚未覆盖的公共汽电车客流走廊广州大道为例,对新形势下公共汽电车客流走廊线网规划问题进行了思考与实践。首先,分析当前超大城市公共汽电车普遍面临的发展新形势,如客流持续下降、财政压力逐年增加、线网结构混淆、运营效率低、服务吸引力差等;其次,指出客流走廊公共汽电车发展存在的诸多问题,如线网层级混乱、运营效率不高、运行速度低等,在此基础上从线网结构、配套设施、票价政策等3个方面提出客流走廊高品质线网规划策略;最后,阐述换乘、可靠型高品质公共汽电车线路规划的具体做法。

In order to achieve the coordination and sustainable development of the bus,trolleybus and rail transit in megacity,the bus passenger corridor Guangzhou Avenue is taken as an example,to think on the network planning of passenger flow corridors under the new situation.Firstly,many new developments problems faced by bus and trolleybus are analyzed,such as the continuous decline in passenger flow,increasing financial pressure year by year,confusion in the network structure,low operating efficiency,and poor service attractiveness.Secondly,the development problems of bus and trolleybus passenger flow corridor are pointed out,such as the confusion of the network hierarchy,low operating efficiency,and low operating speed.On this basis,a high-quality network planning strategy for passenger flow corridors is proposed from three aspects of network structure,supporting facilities,and fare policy.Finally,the specific method of transfer,reliable and high-quality bus and trolleybus network planning is introduced.
