利用武汉新港江北铁路发展市域铁路的规划探索

Planning and Exploration of Using Wuhan Jiangbei Railway to Develop Suburban Railway

为推进武汉大都市区交通一体化和区域协同发展,依据国家出台的利用既有资源开行市域列车的支持政策,以利用武汉新港江北铁路开行市域列车为例,通过必要性、规划符合性以及工程可行性等方面开展探索性规划研究,采用定性分析与定量分析相结合,明确利用武汉新港江北铁路发展市域铁路是可行的,且非常必要和紧迫,同时提出市域铁路近、远期规划设想和保障措施,对国内城市构建轨道上的都市圈具有示范效应。

To promote the integrated development of transportation in the Wuhan metropolitan area,the necessity and planning compliance and engineering feasibility of using Jiangbei railway to develop suburban trains are studied.In accordance with support policies issued by the state to make use of existing resources to run suburban trains,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to analysis the problem.It is concluded that using Jiangbei railway to develop suburban railway is feasible and urgent.At the same time,the short-term and long-term planning ideas and safeguard measures of suburban railway are proposed.It has a demonstrative effect on the construction of the metropolitan area on the track of domestic cities.
