儿童重症监护病房感染病原菌的分布及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析儿童重症监护病房感染病原菌的分布及耐药性。方法选取2017年1月11日至2019年9月12日我院重症监护病房收治的1 750例患儿、1 750例成年患者作为研究对象,均进行病原菌和药敏试验检测。结果 1 750例重症监护病房患儿,经病原菌菌株分离培养发现253株病原菌,其中革兰阳性菌86株(33.99%),革兰阴性菌147株(58.10%),真菌20株(7.91%)。成年患者和患儿的铜绿假单胞菌对环丙沙星、亚胺培南、头孢他啶、哌拉西林的耐药率存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论儿童重症监护病房常存在革兰阴性菌感染,且耐药情况严重,需加强耐药性监测,并严格参考年龄、药敏结果合理选择抗生素,提高用药安全性。 Objective To analysis of the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in children's intensive care unit.Methods A total of 1750 children and 1750 adult patients admitted in our hospital's intensive care unit from January 11,2017 to September 12,2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were tested for pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity.Results Among 1750 children in intensive care unit,253 strains of pathogenic bacteria were found after isolation and culture of pathogenic bacteria strains,among which 86(33.99%)were Gram-positive bacteria,147(58.10%)were Gram-negative bacteria,and 20(7.91%)were Fungi.There were significant differences in the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ciprofoxacin,imipenem,ceftazidime,piperacillin between adults patients and children(P<0.05).Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria infections are common in children's intensive care unit,and drug resistance is serious,it is necessary to strengthen drug resistance monitoring,and select antibiotics based on age and drug sensitivity results to improve drug safety.
