康柏西普联合微脉冲激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of conbercept combined with micropulse laser in the treatment of macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion

目的探讨康柏西普联合微脉冲激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院收治的200例视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象,根据摸球法将其分为对照组与研究组,各100例。对照组采用康柏西普治疗,研究组采用康柏西普联合微脉冲激光治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后1、3、6个月,两组的ETDRS视力字母数均多于治疗前,CMT均低于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的视力提高率高于对照组,下降率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普联合微脉冲激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床效果显著,可明显提高患者视力,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of conbercept combined with micropulse laser in the treatment of macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion.Methods A total of 200 patients with macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the touching ball method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conbercept,and the study group was treated with conbercept combined with micropulse laser.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the ETDRS visual acuity letter number in the two groups were more than those before treatment,CMT were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of visual acuity in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the decrease rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conbercept combined with micropulse laser in the treatment of macular edema secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion has significant clinical effect,it can significantly improve the visual acuity of patients,with high safety.
