舒血宁注射液治疗老年2型糖尿病患者合并脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shuxuening injection on cerebral infarction in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的观察舒血宁注射液治疗老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者合并脑梗死的临床效果。方法将187例T2DM并发脑梗死患者根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=90,常规治疗+丹红注射液)和观察组(n=97,常规治疗+舒血宁注射液)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的FPG、GHb水平及PV、LBV、HBV、HCT均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的APN水平均明显升高,TNF-α和IL-6水平均明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的MCP-1和GFAP水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后6、12个月新发脑梗死事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液对老年T2DM患者合并脑梗死的治疗临床效果显著,可明显改善患者的血糖指标、血液流变学指标及炎症因子水平,降低脑梗死患病率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuening injection on cerebral infarction in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 187 patients with T2DM complicated with cerebral infarction were divided into control group(n=90,conventional treatment+Danhong injection)and observation group(n=97,conventional treatment+Shuxuening injection)according to the different treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,FPG,GHb levels,PV,LBV,HBV,HCT of the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,APN level in both groups significantly increased,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MCP-1 and GFAP in the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of new cerebral infarction events at 6 and 12 months after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection has significant clinical effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction in elderly patients with T2DM,and it can significantly improve the blood glucose indexes,hemorheology indexes,inflammatory factor levels,and reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction.
