延续性护理对老年晚期胃癌化疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of continuous nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的观察延续性护理对老年晚期胃癌化疗患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2020年2月我院收治且以化疗为主的98例老年晚期胃癌患者的临床资料,根据护理方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用延续性护理。比较两组患者的服药依从性、心理状态、自我感受负担及生活质量。结果观察组服药依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SAS、SDS及SPB各项评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组QLQ-CCC各项评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理能够有效改善老年晚期胃癌化疗患者心理状态和自我感受负担,提高患者服药依从性和生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the effects of continuous nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods The clinical data of 98 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital mainly chemotherapy from March 2018 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,psychological state,self perceived burden and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS,SDS and SPB scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,QLQ-CCC scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can effectively improve the psychological state,self perceived burden,medication compliance and quality of life of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,which is worthy of clinical application.
