非生物胁迫对转基因抗虫棉Bt蛋白表达量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】为研究非生物胁迫对转基因抗虫棉Bt蛋白表达量的影响。【方法】对2个转基因抗虫棉品种中棉45号(ZGK9822)和鄂抗虫棉1号(GK19)幼苗分别进行低温(4℃)、高温(37℃)、0.1、0.2、0.5 mol·L^-1NaCl、轻度干旱、中度干旱、重度干旱8种非生物胁迫处理。【结果】低温及高温胁迫导致Bt蛋白含量在两个抗虫棉品种的根、茎、叶中不同程度降低,其中低温胁迫各组织Bt蛋白含量高于高温胁迫;在不同浓度盐胁迫的根、茎、叶中,与CK相比较,Bt蛋白含量呈现先降低后升高的趋势;在不同程度干旱胁迫的根、茎、叶中,Bt蛋白含量的变化趋势同盐胁迫相一致。【结论】非生物胁迫严重影响转基因抗虫棉Bt蛋白表达量,导致Bt蛋白表达量呈动态变化,田间种植转基因抗虫棉应关注环境因素的影响。 【Objective】The study aimed to investigate the effects of abiotic stress on Bt protein expression of transgenic Bt cotton seedlings.【Method】Abiotic stress treatments,such as low temperature(4℃),high temperature(37℃),0.1,0.2,0.5 mol·L^-1 NaCl,mild drought,moderate drought,severe drought were carried out on the seedlings of transgenic Bt cotton ZGK9822 and GK19 respectively.【Rusult】The Bt protein contents were decreased in roots,stems and leaves of two transgenic Bt cotton varieties at high or low temperatures.Under low temperature stress,the Bt protein content was higher than that under high temperature stress in different tissues.Compared with the control,the expression of Bt protein decreased first and then increased in roots,stems and leaves of treated with different concentrations of salt stress.The change of Bt protein expression under different degrees of drought stress was consistent with salt stress.【Conclusion】Abiotic stress seriously influenced the Bt protein content,which induced dynamic changes of Bt protein expression.Environmental factors should be paid attention to plant transgenic Bt cotton in field.
