不同木醋液对干旱胁迫烤烟生长及生理的影响 被引量:6

摘要 【目的】探明干旱胁迫条件下木醋液对烤烟生长及生理的影响,为其在烤烟生产上的应用提供理论依据。【方法】以云烟87为研究对象,采用盆栽试验方法,研究施用花生壳木醋液、果木木醋液和桃壳木醋液对干旱胁迫烤烟农艺性状、SPAD值、丙二醛(MDA)及脯氨酸(Pro)含量,以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)的影响。【结果】施用不同木醋液正常水分和干旱胁迫下烟株长势和SPAD值均较对照提高,以桃壳木醋液的效果较好,正常水分和干旱胁迫烤烟的SPAD值均最大,分别为46.6和44.33;正常水分及干旱胁迫下不同处理烤烟MDA和Pro含量分别为3.98~4.31μmol/g、4.53~6.12μmol/g和123.45~13.427μg/g、183.28~237.97μg/g,施用不同木醋液干旱胁迫烤烟MDA含量及Pro含量较正常水分提高;干旱胁迫下不同处理SOD、POD和CAT活性均较正常水分提高,平均分别提高24.05%、47.36%和17.30%。【结论】木醋液能够促进烟株生长,提高烤烟抗旱性,以桃壳木醋液的效果较好。 【Objective】The present paper aimed to investigate the effects of wood vinegar on growth and physiology of flue-cured tobacco under drought stress,and provide a theoretical basis for in-depth application of wood vinegar in flue-cured tobacco cultivation.【Method】Yunyan 87 was used as research object to analyze the effects of peanut shell vinegar,fruit wood vinegar and peach shell vinegar on agronomic traits,SPAD value,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)activities of flue-cured tobacco under drought stress.【Result】Under normal watering and drought stress,the growth and SPAD value of fluecured tobacco applied with different wood vinegar were higher than that of the control,and peach shell vinegar performed better,the maximum SPAD values were 46.6 and 44.33 under normal watering and drought stress,respectively.The MDA contents were 3.98-4.31 and 4.53-6.12μmol/g,respectively under normal watering and drought stress,and Pro contents were 123.45-13.427 and 183.28-237.97μg/g,respectively.The contents of MDA and Pro of flue-cured tobacco under drought stress applied with different wood vinegar was higher than normal watering.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT in different treatments were all greater than those in normal watering,the average increasing rate was 24.05%,47.36%and 17.30%,respectively.【Conclusion】Wood vinegar could promote the growth of tobacco plants and improve the drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco.The peach shell vinegar solution performed better.
