山西省本级DRG付费改革的经办探索与实践

Management Exploration And Practice Of DRG Payment Reform In Shanxi Provincial Units

医保经办机构作为DRG付费改革的具体操作和实施部门,必须紧密结合医保行政部门的工作部署,找准定位、挖掘潜力、发挥效能,让DRG付费工作快速推进,在较短时间内达到预期效果,让改革真正取得实效。本文结合山西省本级DRG付费改革实践经验,在基础准备、试点选择、运行分析、信息化建设等方面提出了快速推进改革的对策和建议,为医保经办机构DRG付费工作开展提供借鉴与参考。

As the specifi c operation and implementation department of DRG payment reform,the medical insurance agencies must closely combine with the work deployment of the medical insurance administrative department,so that the DRG payment work can be promoted rapidly,and the expected eff ect can be achieved in a short time,so that the reform can really achieve actual results.Based on the practical experience of DRG payment reform in Shanxi provincial units,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the reform rapidly in the aspects of basic preparation,pilot selection,operation analysis and information construction,so as to provide reference for DRG payment work of medical insurance agencies.
