阜阳市颍泉区医保局探索实施日间病房下的慢病门诊支付方式改革,使慢病患者的医疗经济负担明显减轻,医保待遇的可及性和就医的便捷性明显增强,医保基金使用效率明显提升,深受参保群众的认可。颍泉区医保局将按照“试点先行、循序渐进,科学测算、动态调整”的原则,积极稳妥地推进日间病房下的慢性病门诊单病种付费改革。

Yingquan District Healthcare Security Bureau explored the implementation of the payment mode reform of chronic disease clinic under day ward,which signifi cantly reduced the medical economic burden of patients with chronic diseases,enhanced the accessibility of medical insurance treatment and the convenience of medical treatment,and signifi cantly improved the effi ciency of medical insurance fund.Yingquan District Healthcare Security Bureau will actively and steadily promote the reform of single disease payment for chronic disease outpatient service under day ward according to the principle of fi rst operation in pilot areas,step-by-step,scientifi c calculation and dynamic adjustment.
