摘要
建设一支结构合理、数量稳定、专业素质高的一线专职社区教育工作者队伍,是社区教育事业蓬勃发展、构建终身教育体系的必要条件和关键所在。通过对南京市社区教育专职教师现状进行调查研究,发现社区专职教师队伍存在总体数量不足、年龄结构老化、专业素质偏弱、内驱动力不足、培训机制缺乏等发展瓶颈,应从优化整体环境、增强专业本领、提升培训效能等方面来促进社区教育专职队伍发展。
Building a team of full-time community educators with reasonable structure,stable numbers and high professional quality is the necessary condition and key to the vigorous development of community education and the construction of a lifelong education system.Through investigation and research on the status quo of full-time community education teachers in Nanjing,the findings show that there are development bottlenecks in the community full-time teaching team,such as insufficient overall number,aging structure,weak professional quality,insufficient internal driving force and lack of training mechanisms.The strategies to be taken are to optimize the overall environment,strengthen professional abilities and improve training effectiveness to promote the development of the full-time community education team.
