摘要
随着高校辅导员队伍建设政策的逐步落实,通过激励机制提高辅导员工作的积极性和创造性从而实现高校思想政治工作的成效变得尤为重要。如何从新的角度提升辅导员队伍的激励管理的效能、提高辅导员队伍工作的实效性成为高职高专思政工作管理者首要关注的问题之一。从建设西部地区高职高专辅导员队伍出发,运用企业人力资源管理的双因素理论探讨辅导员队伍激励机制,或许能为解决实践中的西部高职高专辅导员队伍激励管理问题提供新的思路和可行措施。
With the gradual implementation of the policy for the construction of college counselors,it is particularly important to enhance the enthusiasm and creativity of counselors through the incentive mechanism to achieve the effectiveness of college ideological and political work.How to improve the efficiency of the incentive management of the counselor team from a new perspective and enhance the effectiveness of the work of the counselor team has become one of the primary concerns of the ideological and political work managers of higher vocational colleges.From the view of the construction of the higher vocational and technical college counselor team in the western regions,using the two-factor theory of enterprise human resource management to explore the incentive mechanism of the counselor team may provide new ideas and feasible measures for solving the practical problems of the incentive management of the counselor team in the higher vocational colleges in the western regions.
