防蚊驱螨助剂生产用反应釜及其配件的设计

Design of reaction kettle and its accessories for production of anti mosquito and anti mite additives

为了克服现有防蚊驱螨助剂生产用反应釜的缺陷,设置水泵使设计的反应釜具备很好的保温效果,从而提高物料的加工速率;通过减震机构降低装置在使用过程中的震动幅度,防止装置因震动而损坏,提高了装置的使用寿命;通过刮杆等清洗机构使反应釜清洗时无须拆卸,提高了反应釜的生产效率;配合使用具备过滤分散功能的搅拌器和降噪隔音罩等配件,可有效解决反应釜的过滤和噪音问题。研究表明,设计的反应釜及其配件可显著提升防蚊驱螨助剂的生产效率,改善工作环境。

In order to overcome the defects of the reactor used in the production of mosquito repellent agent,the design reactor had good heat preservation effect by setting up water pump,so as to improve the processing rate of materials.By reducing the vibration amplitude of the device in use,the device was prevented from damage due to vibration,and the service life of the device was improved.Through the cleaning mechanism such as scraping rod,it was unnecessary to dismantle the reactor when cleaning,thus improving the production efficiency of the reactor.The problems of filtration and noise of reactor could be effectively solved by using agitator with filtering and dispersing function and noise reduction and sound insulation cover.The results showed that the designed reactor and its accessories could significantly improve the production efficiency of anti mosquito and anti mite additives and improve the working environment.
