浅谈印染工厂设计中应注意的几点问题

印染工厂因高温高湿的生产环境,对车间内的通风、散热、排水有较高的要求。但部分印染工厂由于工程前期设计条件输入不足,设计考虑不周,在通风、排污等方面存在问题,对后期生产经营造成不良影响。结合实际改造案例,浅谈印染工厂设计过程中应如何避免车间通风散热不佳、排水不畅的问题。

The printing and dyeing factory has high requirements for ventilation,heat dissipation and drainage in the workshop due to its high temperature and high humidity production environment.However,in some printing and dyeing factories,due to the insufficient input of the design conditions in the early stage of the project,the design was not considered properly,and there were problems such in ventilation and sewage,which had a negative impact on subsequent production and operation.How to avoid the problems of poor ventilation and heat dissipation and poor drainage of the workshop during the design of the printing and dyeing factory in combination with the actual transformation case will be discussed.
