摘要
材料抗菌性的测试方法存在检测周期较长、操作复杂等缺点,限制了抗菌技术的研发速度。通过分析铜离子质量分数与布面抗菌性能、显色深浅度之间的关系,建立了一种快速有效的抗菌性能定量检测方法。该方法基于抗菌纺织品的抗菌因子与特定的检测试剂发生显色反应,通过检测抗菌纺织品表面显色后的颜色深浅计算抗菌因子在抗菌纺织品中的质量分数,进而预测抗菌纺织品的抑菌率,快速检测其抗菌性能。
There were some shortcomings in the testing methods of antibacterial properties,such as long detection period and complex operation,which limited the development speed of antibacterial technology.The relationship between antimicrobial properties and degree of color depth was analyzed.A rapid and effective quantitative detection method of antibacterial performance was established.This method was based on the chromogenic reaction of antibacterial gene in the antibacterial textile and specific detection reagent.By detecting the color depth of the antibacterial textile after chromogenic reaction,the content of the antibacterial factor was calculated,and then the antibacterial property of antibacterial textile was detected rapidly.
