摘要 太阳帆板驱动装置(SADA)以极低转速实现对日定向功能,转速的不平稳对卫星产生姿态扰动。有限的位置或转速检测分辨率是SADA转速平稳控制的制约因素。针对SADA驱动系统采用旋转变压器角度直接差分方法进行测速存在测速分辨率较低的问题,提出了一种低速工况下的频率法测速及其FPGA实现方案,具有检测分辨率高的特点。对由此测速方法产生的时延约束,以及对SADA驱动系统产生的性能影响进行了理论分析。最后,搭建了SADA驱动系统的仿真和试验验证平台。仿真和试验结果表明,所提出的测速方法在SADA低速驱动场合具有更低的转速波动,较传统角度差分测速方法转速波动范围降低了60%以上。为SADA转速平稳控制奠定了基础。 Solar array drive assembly(SADA)realizes the orientation to the sun at very low speed,and the uneven speed cause the attitude disturbance to satellite.The limited position or speed detection solution is the restriction of SADA to realize the speed stability control.For the disadvantage of low-resolution of speed measurement in SADA by using resolver angle directly difference method,a frequency-measurement method with FPGA implementation scheme is proposed,which has high detection resolution.The time-delay constraint caused by the speed detection method and the performance impact to SADA drive system are analyzed theoretically.Finally,the simulation and experimental platform of SADA drive system is established.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed speed detection method has lower speed fluctuation in the case of SADA low-speed drive,and which is reduced by more than 60%compared with the traditional angle differential speed measuring method.The proposed method lays a foundation for the steady control of SADA speed.
