Existence and Development:The Contemporary Destination of the Culture of Rule of Law in China

在党的十八届四中全会上,法治文化的概念首次在我国被正式提出,这极具创新性地拓展出了法治建设的文化生成路径。但鉴于我国地域广大、民族众多,区域性自然而然也就成为了法治文化建设所必须考量的重要因素,新时代区域法治文化具有重大功用。因此,建设社会主义法治文化需要以区域法治文化间的冲突为动力,在区域法治文化的个性整合中努力与国家法治文化完成统一的磨合,依靠不断整合来加速推进社会主义法治文化的建设进程。

At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the concept of the culture of rule of law was formally proposed for the first time in our country,which innovatively expanded the path of cultural generation for the construction of rule of law.However,in view of China’s vast area and numerous ethnic groups,regional nature has naturally become an important factor that must be considered in the construction of a culture of rule of law.The culture of rule of law in the new era has important functions.Therefore,the construction of a socialist culture of rule of law requires the conflict between regional cultures of rule of law as the driving force.And in the individual integration of regional rule of law culture,we strive to complete a unified run-in with the national rule of law culture.In this way,accelerate the process of building a socialist culture of rule of law.
