基于应用型人才培养的本科院校创业教育师资队伍现状及问题研究

Research on the Present Situation and Problems of Entrepreneurship Education Teachers in Undergraduate Colleges Based on Application-oriented Talents Training

近年来,在国家创业教育政策的大力支持下,各高校日益重视创业教育的开展和创业教育教师的引进和培养,应用型本科院校创业教育师资队伍建设取得了一些成效,但仍存在诸多方面的问题,本文对这些问题进行了深入的分析和例证论述。

In recent years,under the strong support of the national entrepreneurship education policy,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the development of entrepreneurship education and the introduction and training of entrepreneurship education teachers,the construction of entrepreneurship education teachers in application-oriented universities has made some achievements,but there are still many problems.Through the analysis and illustration of all the problems,this paper puts forward the views on the construction of the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education in applied undergraduate colleges.
