摘要
作为高职院校战略的执行者、协调者和参与者,高职院校中层干部领导力培育是“双高计划”建设的重要内容之一。本文从“双高计划”背景下高职院校中层干部领导力培育的必要性分析入手,通过增强高职院校中层干部的专业水平、执行能力、人本意识、学习能力和人格魅力等路径和方法,以实现全面提升高职院校中层干部领导力和内部治理水平的战略目标。
As the executor,coordinator and participant of the strategy of higher vocational colleges,the leadership training of middle-level cadres in higher vocational colleges is one of the important contents of the construction of the“higher vocational schools and specialty construction plan with Chinese characteristics”(referred to as the“Double-high Plan”).This article from the“Double-high Plan”under the background of middle-level cadres in higher vocational colleges cultivate leadership with the analysis of the necessity of higher vocational colleges by strengthening the middle-level cadre’s professional level and ability to execute,humanistic consciousness,learning ability and personality charm path and method,in order to realize the overall ascension of middle-level cadres in higher vocational colleges leadership and internal governance of strategic objectives.
