摘要
根据麦肯锡近五年的上海健康医学院毕业生就业质量报告,该校毕业生普遍存在创新创业能力不强、人际关系处理能力薄弱、团队协作能力不足等问题。分析其原因主要在于该校的创新创业、人际关系处理、团队协作教育体系不够完善,学生自身对创新创业、人际关系处理、团队协作的意识较为薄弱。为改变现状,该文提出完善相关教育、开展相关活动和学生自身应做出相应改变等措施。
According to McKinsey's report on the employment quality of graduates from Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences in the past five years,it can be seen that the graduates generally have problems such as weak innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,weak interpersonal relationship processing capabilities,and insufficient teamwork capabilities.The main reason is that the university's innovation and entrepreneurship,interpersonal relationship management,and team collaboration education system is not perfect,and students themselves are relatively weak in innovation and entrepreneurship,interpersonal relationship management,and team collaboration.In order to change the status quo,the writers propose measures to improve related education and carry out related activities,and students themselves should also make changes.
