自我效能感是高校思政课教师增进职业本领和提升教育效果的关键。受多方面因素影响,当前部分教师出现了自我效能感偏低的问题。该文综合思政课教师的现状与特点,认为只有从多个维度协同用力,才能切实增强思政课教师的自我效能感。

The self-efficacy of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges is the key factor for them to improve their professional ability and educational effect.Under the influence of many aspects,some teachers have low self-efficacy.Based on the current situation and characteristics of ideological and political theory teachers,only by making concerted efforts from multiple dimensions can we effectively improve the self-efficacy of ideological and political theory teachers.
