随着数字化时代的来临、知识更新速度的加快以及新型科技产品的涌现,当前教学工作对教师特别是青年教师的教学能力提出了更高的要求。该文主要研究教学能力比赛的意义,以及教师如何通过教学能力大赛提升自己的教学能力。

Teaching ability is an eternal topic for teachers in their careers,and the speed of knowledge update,continuously updated technological products and the current digital age have put forward higher requirements for the teaching ability of teachers,especially young teachers.There are many ways to improve teaching ability.This paper mainly studies the influence of teaching ability competition on teachers,and explores how teachers can improve their teaching ability in participating in teaching ability competition.
